Tube and Core Statistical Report

This includes a monthly report and a year-to-date comparison as well as graphic charts reflecting monthly market changes for tube and core sales. It also includes a year-end comparison and analysis.

Wage and Benefits Survey

This report is a detailed survey of collective bargaining agreements by union and non-union industry members. The Wage and Benefits report reveals detailed information by region about wage rates and increases, premium pay, supplemental pay, insurance and time-off benefits. It offers various ways to benchmark production jobs for manufacturers in this industry. This survey is conducted bi-annually.

Industry Marketing Report

Usually published every three years, this report summarizes sales results within the U.S. by end-use markets over the past 10 years for the following categories: paper mill cores; converter cores; cloth and floor covering cores; film cores; metal, foil, and strapping cores; household cores; mailing and packaging tubes; construction tubes and concrete molds; tape and label cores; yarn carriers; and all other uses. The Report also includes growth rates and projected growth rates for the composite can, tube, and core industry, as well as for the volume of recycled paperboard produced for the manufacture of composite cans, tubes, cores, and fiber drums. These industry growth rate projections are based on sales dollars and trends, and tonnage (or real volume growth rates) as compared to the Gross Domestic Product and Industrial Production Indices. It also includes a copy of the year’s Tube and Core Recovered Fiber Survey.

The 2007 report is now available for purchase.
